Established in Mazara del Vallo (TP) in 2009, Naturalia Ingredients S.r.L. is the result of a multidisciplinary research project for the development of a new technology, internationally patented, to extract and crystallize sugars from fruit without altering their nature.

Since 2012, the company has been offering the market the first and only fruit sugars in pure, crystalline form for the food and wine industry. The crystalline sugar extracted from grapes. or solid rectified concentrated must of Naturalia Ingredients, recognized and approved in the EU for all cellar practices, is in fact an innovative ingredient that overcomes the limits of sugars traditionally used in oenology, allowing the production of superior quality wines and 100% from grapes, supporting the wine supply chain. In 2021 Naturalia Ingredients was taken over by the Gibbi Group, today BGenera, and in 2023 BF Agro-industriale S.r.l. and Consorzi Agrari Italiani S.p.a., belonging to the BF S.p.a. Group, joined the company structure.

Physis

Is a company that owns two drying formulations based on natural and organic ingredients and substances that can be used in agricultural and non-agricultural activities (e.g., maintenance) in order to drastically reduce the use of chemical herbicides in the global economy.
